Fees / Insurances – In Network

I am an in network provider for the following insurances and employee assistance programs (EAP’s) so my rate is based on their contracted rate.  These rates are usually discounted.   If you do not have coverage, my private pay rate is comparable to insurance reimbursements.  Reimbursements through HSA accounts are also possible.

**If you take HAP, look at the back of your insurance card and call the phone number next to MH or Behavioral Health and see if they subcontracted it to Cigna.  I take Cigna but not HAP
